Technical support issues can involve answering inquiries from computer users; running diagnostic programs, writing training manuals and overseeing computer information systems. In addition to resolving issues with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems. 

We also provide support by telephone, email or other means. Typically, we listen to the customer’s problem, diagnose the nature of the issue and walk the caller through the steps required to solve it. We provide assistance with installing software, maintaining computer systems, and repairing computer hardware.
