Standards I.T. was founded in 2012 by Danny J. Slusarchuk and was joined by partner Ryan Tisserand in 2014. Together they have 24 years of experience including significant contributions to the D.o.D (department of defense), healthcare, financial, energy, Oklahoma Public Schools, and construction markets- both privately held as well as publicly traded entities.
Dan founded Standards I.T. in 2012 after returning from deployment with the OKARNG (Oklahoma Army National Guard) to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He is currently a managing partner and the Chief Executive Officer in the company. Dan earned his undergraduate from AIU and holds several I.T. industry certifications. As a Captain in the OKARNG he is the Battalion S6 responsible for all Signal (Telephony, Radio, and Data) operations. Dan is on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the OVF (Oklahoma Venture Forum). Dan, his wife Jess, two daughters Sofia and Zoi are active in the YMCA, Girl Scouts, and can routinely be found at the annual St. George’s Greek Festival. Dan also participates in Chamber events and is an ambassador for the Edmond Young Professionals.
Ryan is a powerful business developer whose entrepreneurial instincts stand at the forefront of the fast moving technology industry. His strategy and vision has carried many companies through rapid and continuous growth. Ryan started his career in information technology in 2004 as a programmer and has been an unstoppable force ever since. From programming, he moved into database administration, information systems management, and then in 2014 he became Chief Operating Officer and managing partner at Standards IT. In every company, including the Department of Defense, Sonic Corporate, and Foundation Healthcare, Ryan has achieved outstanding personal and team results. He finds his greatest motivation in helping companies with growth strategies while developing leaders to carry out those strategies. A calculated risk-taker with deep business and technology industry knowledge, Ryan has championed solutions to his enterprise and consumer customers. Embracing the core values of integrity, innovation, and precision, Ryan hopes to leave a legacy for his wife Heather and his two sons Brendan and Chayce. When he’s not growing his company you can find Ryan with his family in the stands cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners, the OKC Thunder, traveling, or researching the best players to help his fantasy football team. Ryan is also an active member in the Edmond and Oklahoma City Chambers, Business Links, and frequently attends the OKC SQL Saturday events.
Benjy is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a major in finance and has a minor in accounting from Oklahoma City University. Benjy has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry working at a bank and serving as President and CFO of American Bank Systems. Benjy lead ABS from a forms company to a software development company where the company became a leader in loan and deposit automation and document management utilizing electronic filing concepts that greatly enhanced the retrieval process. Benjy also served as President of ABS Proactive that provided software to audit and review compliance procedures for every facet of the bank. Benjy is now the Vice President of Standards IT Compliance, LLC.
Chris is a graduate from Oklahoma State University where he focused his studies on international business and corporate strategy. Passionate about innovation-driven analytics, he is motivated by running after the increasingly sophisticated information needs of decision makers. Chris began his career in healthcare information technology at Cerner and has acquired extensive experience developing solutions as well as applying them to business operations. As an analytics leader at INTEGRIS Health, Chris oversaw the implementation of Epic reporting and analytics solutions across ten hospitals and over fifty ambulatory clinics. When away from his work passion, Chris loves spending time with his wife, Maura, and their two children, Selah and Shepherd. He enjoys serving as an active member at Henderson Hills Baptist Church, playing pick-up football on the weekends, and being way too emotionally invested in the Cowboys and Thunder.
